About the event

This bi-weekly event will be hosted by Charlotte Prem Rosah.

This is an opportunity to practise mindfulness through art.  The 'mind being full' with the activity in hand, there is no space for thoughts to emerge. With practise, you can transfer this skill to other parts of your daily life.

When we are fully engaged in an activity, particularly one that we enjoy, we can step into the witness consciousness This allows us to witness any emotions that would like to arise, that the body feels relaxed enough to let go of in the moment. If you feel an emotion rising, or energy moving simply observe it and surrender to its release, if tears flow, welcome them. This may be an intense session for some as low vibrational energies will be cleared by Charlotte.
